Start with a walk-through
Any serious cleaning company visits your office before quoting. They see the floors, restrooms, and traffic. They ask about your schedule and trouble spots. Then they price it in writing.
A company that quotes over the phone has not done the work to price you fairly. That quote will be wrong — usually in their favor later.
Ask these questions
Are you insured? Ask to see current certificates. See bonded and insured, explained.
What is on the checklist? Get it in writing. Compare it against our checklist guide.
Who cleans my office? Same crew each visit, or rotating staff? Trained employees or day labor?
What happens when something is missed? The answer should be "we come back and fix it," not excuses.
Do I need a contract? Know the terms before you sign. See contract terms.
Check references
Ask for two or three current clients. Call them. Ask how long they have used the company and how problems get handled. A good company hands over references gladly.
Trust the walk-through
How the company acts on the walk-through predicts how they will clean. On time? Thorough? Asking good questions? Or rushing and vague? Trust what you see.
