Every job starts with a free walk-through of your office. We do not quote sight unseen. Photos lie. Square footage alone tells half the story. We need to see the floors, the restrooms, and the break room.
What happens on the visit
We walk your office with you. We note the floor types — carpet, tile, VCT, concrete. We count restrooms. We look at the kitchen and trash load. We ask about trouble spots and past cleaning problems.
We also ask how you want it cleaned. Nightly or weekly. After hours or early morning. Disinfection of touch points daily or on a schedule. Your answers shape the plan.
What you get after
A written cleaning plan. It lists what gets cleaned, how often, and the price. The price is real — not a teaser that grows later. You can accept it, change it, or walk away.
Most prices go out within one business day of the visit.
